Max Mara reopens the flagship store in Via Condotti Rome, with a new concept designed by Duccio Grassi Architects.
Situated on the ground floor of Palazzo Torlonia, an exceptional setting in terms of history and architecture, the store comprises a series of interconnected areas with volumes that differ as regards size and shape yet form an attractively smooth whole.
The atmospheres, colours and materials reflect the identity of Max Mara, blending superbly with the distinctive architecture of the place: vaulted ceilings, large windows, marble portals and frescoes are perfectly integrated into and enhanced by a modern setting.
The materials used are in line with the tradition of the brand: soft colours, wood, iron and craft-made glass, accompanied and enhanced by new elements that reinforce the idea of elegance with a distinctly natural slant.
